Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026. This policy explains how New Pathway Property Management handles information you share through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), property address, number of units and the best time to reach you. We also record how you arrived at the site (for example, campaign tags in a link such as utm_source and utm_campaign, and the page where you first arrived) so we understand which outreach is helpful to owners.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may automatically record basic technical information, such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a rental analysis or management proposal you requested, and communicate with you about your property. We use aggregated site information to improve this website.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to operate this site and our business, including our website host and form-processing service, email, analytics, and our property management software. These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. The fonts on this site are hosted on our own website, not loaded from a third party.
Cookies and analytics
We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that rely on cookies or similar technologies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond and to maintain business records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@newpathwaypm.com.
Owner and resident portals
The owner and resident portals are provided by our property management software provider, and your use of them is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the revised version on this page. Questions may be sent to info@newpathwaypm.com or by mail to New Pathway Property Management, 163 Highland Ave #1264 Needham, MA 02494.
